Swastika Mukherjee

Swastika Mukherjee is an award-winning Indian actress known for her prolific work across Bengali and Hindi cinema and television. The daughter of actor Santu Mukhopadhyay, she made her screen debut in the Bengali TV series Devdasi before starring in her first lead feature, Mastan (2004), and later making her Hindi film debut in Mumbai Cutting (2008). A recipient of four Filmfare Awards East, one WBFJA, and an Anandalok Award, she has earned critical acclaim for her roles in notable Bengali titles such as Kranti, Brake Fail, and Pitribhumi, alongside her work in major Hindi film and streaming productions. Beyond her screen career, she is trained in dance under Tanusree Shankar and holds a degree in history from Jadavpur University.
