Surakshya Panta

Surakshya Panta is a critically acclaimed Nepalese actress and trained civil engineer who rose to fame with the film Dhanapati and acclaimed roles in Gopi and Aama. A former television VJ and theater performer, she made history as the first Nepali actor to walk the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival, starring in the award-winning Italian film The Eight Mountains (2022). Known for her award-winning performances and national recognition, she continues to break ground in both national and international cinema.
