
Shristi Shrestha
Shristi Shrestha is a prominent Nepali actress, model, and beauty pageant titleholder born on October 18, 1988, in Narayanghat, Chitwan, Nepal. Before pursuing her entertainment career, she studied nursing and worked as a model in the United Kingdom, later gaining widespread national recognition after winning Miss Nepal World 2012 and making history as the first Miss Nepal to reach the quarter-finals at Miss World. She successfully transitioned to acting with her hit debut film Gajalu (2016) alongside Anmol K.C., going on to star in notable movies such as Romeo & Muna (2018), Poi Paryo Kale (2019), and The Red Suitcase (2023), while also exploring theater as Ophelia in a Nepali adaptation of Hamlet. Beyond her artistic ventures, she is a dedicated activist serving as a Young Conservation Ambassador for WWF Nepal, actively promoting ecological initiatives and snow leopard preservation.
