Pankaj Tripathi

Pankaj Tripathi (born Pankaj Tiwari on September 5, 1976) is an acclaimed Indian actor and National Film Award winner who studied acting at the National School of Drama before breaking out with his memorable performance in Anurag Kashyap's Gangs of Wasseypur (2012). Over a versatile career spanning more than fifty films, he earned critical acclaim and major awards for supporting roles in hits such as Newton (2017), Mimi (2021), Bareilly Ki Barfi, Stree, Masaan, and Ludo, alongside international appearances in Kaala (2018) and Extraction (2020). Renowned for his iconic turn as Akhandanand "Kaleen Bhaiya" Tripathi in Amazon Prime Video's Mirzapur and Madhav Mishra in Criminal Justice, Tripathi has established himself as a powerhouse of Hindi cinema, headlining prominent critical and commercial successes including Kaagaz (2021), OMG 2 (2023), and Stree 2 (2024).
