Nushrratt Bharuccha

Nushrat Bharucha is an Indian actress born into a Dawoodi Bohra family in Mumbai, who began her career early with minor acting and modeling roles before securing her major film breakthrough. While studying at Jai Hind College, she briefly entered television with Zee TV's Kittie Party (2002) and was later selected as the "Fresh Face" for a major facewash brand, which led to initial ad commercials and feature appearances. Her big industry break arrived in 2010 when casting director Atul Mongia selected her for Dibakar Banerjee's acclaimed anthology film LSD: Love, Sex Aur Dhokha, launching her mainstream Hindi cinema career.
