Divyenndu

Divyenndu (born Divyendu Sharma on June 19, 1983) is an Indian actor who studied Political Science at Delhi University's Kirori Mal College, gained three years of theater experience, and earned a two-year acting diploma from FTII, Pune. After appearing in various commercial advertisements, he delivered a break-out performance as Liquid in the comedy film Pyaar Ka Punchnama (2011), winning the Screen Award for Best Male Debut. He expanded his filmography with prominent roles in Chashme Baddoor (2013) and Toilet: Ek Prem Katha (2017), before achieving massive popularity for his iconic portrayal of Phoolchand "Munna" Bhaiya in the crime drama series Mirzapur and starring in the miniseries The Railway Men (2023). Married to Akanksha Sharma, he mononymously dropped his surname in 2019 due to personal beliefs surrounding unity and caste division.
