Chandan Roy

Chandan Roy (born December 20, 1995) is an Indian actor best known for his breakthrough role as the endearing village assistant Vikas in Amazon Prime's hit web series Panchayat (2020). Hailing from Bihar, he worked as a journalist at Dainik Jagran while participating in theatre groups in Delhi, before moving to Mumbai in 2017 to pursue acting full-time. Roy has since become a prominent face in Indian web series and films, starring in productions such as Choona (2023), Shehar Lakhot (2023), Gulmohar (2023), Sanak (2021), and the Student Academy Award-nominated short Champaran Mutton.
